Project Serve is a 3 level mission/service trip experience primarily for unchurched youth.
Level 1 consists of 8 training sessions culminating with a weekend service trip to Toronto. This trip is to serve and interact with the homeless.
Level 2 has 3 training sessions with a weekend service trip to serve a kids camp opening or closing up the camp. Youth serve kids who they never interact with.
Level 3 consists of 8 weeks of training spread out over about 6 months, with several fundraising efforts. Level 3 is a mission/service trip to a third world environment where youth serve people in poverty or disaster relief in another country. Highlands Youth for Christ is currently partnered with Antigua helping establish a youth centre in an area of poverty in that country.
